Some modifications we’ve made for your neighbours include knocking down the wall between the living room and second bedroom to create an even bigger living room. We’ve also taken down the media room wall for an even more spacious, lofthouse feel.

Open Kitchen
Changes we've made include removing doors and adding a wall to create an open kitchen plan, along with an additional breakfast counter and island counter - a great option for people who love to cook and entertain.
Home Office
For one of our residents, we turned the staff room into an elegant yet cosy home office by removing a wall here, adding another wall there, transforming the layout and creating easy access to the living room.
Library
For one special book lover who prefers books to guests, we modified the structural layout - removing and adding walls, as well as a connecting door - to turn a guest bedroom into a delightful home library.
