Matteo Nunziati has won several awards, including the Good Design Award 2011, the Wallpaper Design Award 2011 and the Cityscape Awards 2013 - Saudi Arabia for the best architectural project. He is specialised in designing luxury hotels, wellness centres, SPAs and residential projects.

The result includes stunning spaces that enhance everyday life. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, warm textured colours, layered architecture, and curated spaces come together to create a depth and richness that makes every day beautiful.

The Masterplan.

Designed by the internationally acclaimed company Architectural Practice, La Palazzo comprises 4 towers, each having 15 floors, with residences starting on the second floor.

Each tower offers 5, 4 and 3 bedroom residences all of which come with a media room, powder room, separate staff entrance with quarters, a generous utility room and covered car parking.

Every apartment faces either east or west which, along with the deliberately large windows, lets in an enormous amount of sunlight and fresh air.
